For my part, I think the interview went really well. We spent an hour and a half on the phone. They're interviewing five candidates. They'll make a decision next week.
The interview was very satisfying for me, b/c it was one of the only job interviews I think I've had where all of my skills and experiences FIT what the job asks for. At other interviews over the years, I've gone in knowing that a) I was stretching toward something I wanted to do, but didn't have the direct experience to back me up, or b) I was hopelessly overqualified, and I knew that'd work against me. So, I'm happy for the experience this morning. I think I have a good shot. Now we'll just see...
