I heard Gov. Arnold this morning saying CA recently set a new record for high energy use and we all need to conserve electricity. We've already been warned by locals that LA commonly has rolling brownouts/blackouts during summer. We haven't experienced that yet, but the summer is young, I'm sure it's only a matter of time.
I'm doing my part, Arnold! As I type this I'm sitting in front of a window fan with nothing on but my short-shorts, fighting the urge to turn on the AC.
