Outside chatting with neighbor the other night. Audrey was playing alone in their toddler's sandbox. I told Audrey we'd leave in just a couple minutes. A few minutes went by, and she announced, 'I'm boring. I want to go home.'

Going naked is big right now. Audrey likes taking off her pants, skirts, tights, socks and/or diapers at no provocation. She's also begun using the toilet, albeit rather arbitrarily. :) The nakedness helps with that process, though.

You can tell we've recently visited the zoo by Audrey's command of monkey knowledge.

Photos Bonanza - Easter

Oooh, looky here. What's this?









Our upstairs neighbor, Cathy, made this beautiful Easter basket for Audrey. Isn't it awesome? I had some stuff, myself, to make her one; but, since she had been barfy for two days beforehand, I didn't get to mine. Cathy rocked out with this basket!







It's a carrot! No, it's chocolate! No, it's a chocolate carrot!










Just the kind of veggies I like.









What is this "sharing," you speak of...?








Well, okay. The sugar high is making me feel expansive.

Just last week... a photo of Audrey

She's talking, talking, talking these days. And, singing, too.

"What's that?" is her favorite phrase.

Winnie The Pooh still rules; but, she likes Snoopy, too.

We have begun the Sticker Phase of toy enjoyment.

One thing I didn't get action photos of was Audrey, apparently, consuming some quantity of one of my lipsticks. What I thought was, at first, chocolate smears all over her cheeks, chin, nose, and fingers turned out to be Lancome's Bordeaux matte lipstick.

Nothing a thorough wipe-down and phone call to the Poison Control Center couldn't clear up!

Baby Portraits

Hey there. Portraits of Her Cuteness at nine months old.


I've got a big pile of these photos to send out to One and All. Give me a good week to see if I've gotten you something in the mail! I'm still sorting through what I ordered -- of course, I ordered physical prints in all different configurations while feeding a tired and crabby, post-photo-session Audrey in my arms. So, it's been kind of a surprise as I go through things. :)

Thanksgiving trip photos

Will upload these quick, before Audrey awakens from her nap.

First up, my niece, Alyssa, was a super helper with the baby the whole time.

Audrey really enjoyed her cousins. This was the first time they had all met.
